After an exciting and rewarding multi-national HR career, I decided to leave the traditional full-time world to spend more balanced hours pursuing my particular HR-related passions: leadership development, executive coaching, employee engagement, culture re-creation, and project consulting. I work with companies and individuals around and beyond Virginia.

I am drawn to old, found objects and using them in new ways. I call my body of work Second Stories Art because I like giving those forgotten items a new life through art. I sell at galleries and local venues and festivals.

I've founded and led several women's groups; wherever I've lived, I enjoy bringing women together to form a sense of community. I hope to create more ways for women to join together to form connections in work, art and community.
