Work
After a rewarding international HR career, I chose to focus on my core passions: leadership development, executive coaching, employee engagement, culture transformation, and strategic consulting. Today, I work with companies and individuals across Virginia and beyond.

I am drawn to old, found objects and using them in new ways. Second Stories Art gives forgotten items a new story. I sell at galleries and local venues and festivals. I also teach art classes and Permission to Create, a course that sparks creativity.

Community
I’ve created and led women’s groups in every city I’ve called home, bringing women together to build real community. As a certified Menopause Coach, I teach and support midlife reinvention and renewed momentum, creating spaces for connection through work, art, and community.
