My Background
I have over 20 years of Human Resources experience leading teams in the US, Europe and Mexico. I'm a certified Myers Briggs analyst and instructor, a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and hold a Certificate in Instructional Design from the Association of Training & Development. In my previous roles such as Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Director of Training, and HR Consultant, I have worked with companies on vision, mission and values development to change their work cultures. I have created and led training on numerous topics including employee engagement and retention, presentation skills, executive leadership, conflict management and organizational change. I have coached CEOs, COOs, business owners and entrepreneurs as well as new and aspiring leaders. My assignments range from creating a new HR function for small companies to leading full-day offsites to acting in an interim executive role. For individuals, I provide one-on-one coaching, leadership improvement, help finding new positions, and career development.
